Correct me if I'm wrong. Good news for china encourage global economy recovery, thus risk appetite will raise as far as I know. Then speculative capitals will leave the dollar in order to buy other better yielding assets.
So in a nutshell: good news for China means weaker dollar. Is that so??
I'm trying to understand how this fundamentals news affect the market.

SHANGHAI (Dow Jones)--China's Ministry of Finance said Wednesday that it plans to auction 26 billion yuan ($3.81 billion) worth of two-year bonds Jan. 27.
The ministry said in a statement that the bonds will trade on the interbank market and the country's two stock exchanges beginning Feb. 2.
