Most fundamental reasons for market moves, other than the basics, are beyond my attention level which is yet another reason why I love this (EO's) approach to trading. It fits well with my character.

It's pretty much the same for me macc. Fundies take MANY years of market experience to learn and that's assuming "Stable world economies". When I first heard of, and started learning Forex back in Sept. 08, I studied the difference between fundies and TA. I learned quickly that TA would be far easier to learn so that's the approach I've taken.

I've studied a few really good threads here on FF which are listed on post #1 of my thread. I've been trying (due to my rather unique situation) to combine these various methods into an approach that works for me.

EO's method is the solid foundation of what I do but I do throw some other stuff in there as well...

OK, the dollar is crashing so the next time my GU short is in profit (if it does) I think it's time to bail.

I did get the Mistress short at 133.38 though.

Funny thing is, I killed it and it hasn't hit my SL that was at 6335 yet. Hmmm...may have just screwed that one up but I don't think so.

This is why it's SO important to WAIT for the close of the bar. I'd have made out much better in both cases if I had.
