last month nfp really a fake....i like to hear banks analyst on this. Almost all bearish, they must be confuse and must recalculate their bet. Forget rate rising until next half. Be happy long EU on dip now. Hope for 1.42-1.48 range for Q1.

Got long at 4295. TP near last swing high at 4480. Stop now moved to BE. We'll see where she goes. Good luck and good trades to all!!

1) you shorted on support
2) Took a position just before the NFP
3) NO SL !!

I'll go long on the 1.4360 support with a stop at 1.4310
Potential target are back to 1.4410 first then 1.4480

Well I still have my longs (Entry prices were before news - @293, 288 and 275) open, closed 1/2 of positions at prices:

Moved SL to B/E, entry price for remaining positions is 1,4275. Target - part (1/3) at 1,4440, the rest @ 1,4500 and higher, depending on market.

Since there have been huge anticipations of a first ever positive number in jobs in the last year, the number seems to have really crushed hopes of a fast recovery for the US. At least for the moment. Based on that (and that being also the reason for USD gains in 12/2009) I expect EUR to gain at least a few 100 pips in the following week. Still, of course, also EUR news is bad, so this might be slower or even false (as always).

ps: I guess that those entry points won't be available for some time...

Let's see what the future brings, but it won't be pretty for both economies...

hmmm party hat on? better check out europes unemployment today... 10%... dust didnt settle yet. later today or monday things may be clear. we may go back to where spike started..
