[ICELANDIC PRES GRIMSSON] has refused to sign into law the new [ICESAVE BILL] approved by parliament at the end of the year. Grimsson said that the matter was one for the Icelandic people to decide. This is a shock decision, given that an Icelandic Pres has only ever refused to sign-off a law once before, but comes in the face of huge public pressure to scrap the Icesave bill. Around 60k citizens (of a total population of 320k) have signed a petition urging the Pres to veto the accord, angry that they have to pay for the deposits of savers in another country. The accord sets out the repayment terms of the money used by the UK/Dutch govt to bail out its savers who had deposited in failed Icelandic banks.

that's non-farm payrolls. check out the FF calendar for brief explanations. but yea, probably thur is going to be paralyzed as well. patience is a virtue, my mom used to say.
we got adp and nfp and housing crap ect. this week.. eventually if this is truly a bear move started in nov. we will not cross 4440/46 ish again.. this may be the day..

How do you interpret this gatorinla? Bad for euro, obviously? I see an already formed bearish pin bar on the 9 hour (yes 9 hour...) chart and I expect the slide to start in the next few days.

I understand mate..trading is tough and stressful. I am thinking to move to weekly trading as day trading with support and resistance can be boring like the current session.

Ok... I have the FFCal indictaor but it only show news with medium and high impact on dollar and euro. How can I get all the news in this indicator?

Had a pending ES (If) it breaks south - i see a bit of gravitational potential energy on tap. I still see a triple top and a h&s (which we may see a failed test of tonight).. so a bear continuation from pre-christmas may actually be an elephant (in the room) for all those bulls out there

could be big news... if european banks arent gonna be paid..

No sign of the flying [FTSE]'s wings being clipped despite news that the Icesave deal has been officially rejected by Iceland's Pres, with the [UK INDEX] actually advancing to another fresh multi-month peak around 5531 (+31 pts) before easing back for a breather. However, the reaction elsewhere has been less accepting with the [DUTCH] Fin Min looking for an explanation why the repayment bill was not approved, while the UK Treasury says it still expects Iceland to settle its debts, but a Finnish official says the decision may delay the EU's Eur1.8 bn loan, as the credit criteria must now be reassessed by the Nordic nations. Back to the markets, and what has been a good start to 2010 for stocks so far, continues to weigh on bonds, when the 2 are in lock-step, with [MAR GILTS] down to a new low for the day recently, at 114.43, -49 ticks.

WOW!!! wtach the huge H&S pattern on monthly chart on NZD/USD..

i think 2010 gonna be a trending year of USD gains ... we are in for a big reversal !!. anyway i have sell orders at 1.4450 on a small little H&S on 1 hour and a double loaded sell order @ 1.4560 and limit will be open ,but look at 1.37 to exit for a while and later again look for short..
We probably just made a move beforehand the news (pending home sales)
