Seems like the market is attempting to clear out weak eur/aud longs...

Eur/usd seems to be in limbo land - I fancy it'll be stuck there for quite some time.


Kiwi and Aussie pairs seem resilient, watching closely ... Will short at 92.583 and 77.76 respectively (if we ever get there) I feel the early shorts can suffer some more

It again got support at 1.4404/03 in high volume europe opening. After crossing 1.4480 congestion, it should test R 2 at 1.4574

Longs within the EUR/AUD will soon be flushed out... patience ...the Bulk of traders went long at 1.60, assuming the average stop loss for the "common trader" is 300-400 pips for this pair, a good entry point should be about 70-90 pips away. Current (1.5755)

Shorts within the EUR/GBP are being squeezed imo, most will bail at 9028 (if we get there)...patience (Market seems bent on EUR/GBP parity in 2010)

If you look at the SNB interventions in '09, correlated moves in E/U were not very pronounced or even evident. But it might be a different story in thin market conditions. Anyway, SNB may have tired of the effort, futile as it has been...
