it wants to touch 4415 the bottom of the channel right now. If it touches and shoots up then trade up if it touches and shoots down then I will hold my short and ride down till whenever

also a nice flat-top in gold which will make it drop some/alot. This should push that money into the dollar which will make it stronger against the euro.

I am talking about 5 min TF. To go short i would need to see nice double or triple top and amd LL and retrace (HL) first.

5 min is for entry only. I dont even look at it for that. Im looking at day/month/hour/15min and gold hour. If your looking to profit off of a move in a shorter timeframe than 1-3 days your just gambling. Some are great at it but you seem to be new so go with the longer easy trades.

If I were just now shorting I would wait for the right shoulder of this head and shoulders pattern to peak out and short there. Im in at 4445.

got out of my former short with 1 pip profit. Reason was that € is respecting my sma 24 on the 15min chart volume is dropping again and I dont trust moves on low volume.
Maybe tomorrow will be better.

without new top... im looking for target 4337 and possible bounce back up. and test high.(short term)......if not a bump at 4308 ... then 4259.... .. down to 4217..... whenever... new top changes this.. below 4217 down to 4180 should be hard to punch through.. if we do, free fall... after we close lower a few times it will be a tough ceiling..

oil 82 will weaken usd short term (because of cold)... but it will spring back...oj oil ect. will bring on inflation worries.. a perfect storm..

dow up 160 atm.. snp 18 lets c if it holds..

[ST LOUIS FED ON INFLATION] The bank's Jan "Regional Economist" poses inflation as possible next "dragon to slay". It calls attention to risk the size of economy's "output gap" may be smaller than conventional wisdom might think. As such, those that see little risk to near-term inflation outlook on output gap thinking may be "too optimistic". The publication calls current Fed policy as "extraordinarily accommodative" and sees danger of inflating asset prices by encouraging investors to shift from low-yield assets ala Tsys into higher-yielding ones like commodities. While Fed has many tools to unwind its easing actions, St Louis Fed stresses it must be ready to raise the rate target to stem an unwanted expansion in money growth by the banking sector and risk of inflation, adding the FOMC's margin of policy error seems much smaller now than ever before.

my gold play is working better and faster now than the eur. both working fine but gold moving much faster now as compared to earlier when it was lagging my eur move greatly.
