Trade forex with a "broker" in Romania and you are asking for trouble. They're not known as being king of the boiler rooms for nothing! And I apologise to no doubt the many trustworthy people from Romania who will now come to their country's defence. Remember, it's only my opinion.

BTW ignore the most recent review on FPA by Daniel because, IMO, he works for the company.

I assume you mean FSA? Their address is here allegedly. If that's the address you visited and they're not there then the FSA would be interested to know this. But another check here suggests many others have a problem also.

Just contact the FSA - you don't need a lawyer. Yet.

yeah! You ain't kidding. I have never had that happen to me, I just feel bad for the guy. That could/may have cost him a ton of money. Not to mention the people that that little stunt did hurt.

I guessed you were because no one else would ever, IMO, consider open a trading account in Romania. May I suggest you pay a visit to their office and withdraw your funds if it's not too far from home?

I already wrote an email to them a year ago and i didnt get an answer. I went to fsa address to talk and they told me that you had to make an appointment by phone.

Im from venezuela, i was on england at the moment.

1200? Well, ones Dollar start tanking, forget about 1200

with EU at 1.50 we'll going to be looking at 1400 GOLD at least, besides

the best season for GOLD just beginning.. Strong season for GOLD/Silver

That is a view in 10min Chart. Possibly we have seen an important low today. Too early to say something like that at this stage. I can see two possible reasons for one more upside attempt.

1) We had a kind of 'Mini Diamond Formation' (not really textbook like - but so what) a rhomb - which has been developed with a move to the upside - with a short squezze at LONDON CLOSING...

'Diamond Formations' are known as a reversal pattern. The safest by the way which exist. But they are very rare. The last one 'text book like' that I have seen was in 1997 or so - in the pair GBP/DEM - that was a huge one. Not such a little 'cripple rhomb' as we have could seen / to be observed today...

Therefore it has not too much to say. But I was glad - that there was someone else who has detected that thing. Don't know at the moment who it was. Because that kind of formation is not known commonly. If there is anyone who knows a Website about this - then I would say 'hats off'...

2) We can possibly see a daily candle with a closing price near opening rate - and a inside day reversal pattern - with a pattern which neutralizes its near term downside bias one more again...

But we will have to wait for that until todays ROLLOVER TIME and see if that will work out for us...

from 1.42 low the move upwards is not an impulsive but overlapping in a sidewaymove this a merly correction to the upside may be limited to 1.45 area to go down to at least .618 1.3485
