Thanks but I think its for mt4 and all i have right now is a fxcm trading station2 platform. Will it work on that?

Nopes it wouldnt ...

But just wondering, why wouldnt you just download a Demo MT4 and try playing with it. You can keep trading with your other software but for charting IMO you cant beat MT4 ...

I will check it out thanks. I wonder do they offer the mt4 for fxcm's micro accounts. Since this is the only account I can afford to open up right now?

Thanks mate,

Currently there is no plan to add Chikou Span filter as my objective is to provide simple TS/KS crossover plus relevant information and then let everyone decided based on his / her strategy about when to enter.

I'm trying my best to keep it as an Indicator and not to make it a Rigid EA

im also looking for a broker , that offers not only currency pairs but also cfd's , commodities etc . IG markets looks interesting since they support Mac OSX , do u know some other brokers like IG , with mac osx support , and also decent service ? Have u traded live with IG ? If yes i would love to hear ur comments about that , advantages and disadvantages .

Great thread!
I placed two trades late last night on GBPUSD and USDJPY...all the criteria seemed to be met, but very soon after, I was hit with 40+ drawdown each.
I took the trades (after checking higher time frames) on an M15 chart (the price was close to the cloud).
I would really appreciate if someone with experience could advice me on how to avoid this next time, or what I did wrong, and if possible, what I should have done.

btw, what was your trigger strategy and SL as well as TP when you entered?

Any idea about Euro/Gbp
this daily chart and berish but where could be the best place to sell with less risk?
Note there is double top and then double bottom and now we are at neckline
wecould sell with sl above neckline or wait....

Thank you very much for your reply.
Well, I know I hit some resistance, after which, price pulled back...but how do you anticipate if it's going to continue or pull back?
My reason for asking an experienced person's advice, was to have a piece of tested knowledge on how to avoid such drawdowns using Ichi...rather than thinking "this is probably what it was".
My trigger and SL strategy was basically the rules that were posted: evaluate the trend, make sure all criteria meet, use lower time frame for better entry, SL below cloud.
I'd really love your take on how to avoid these DD...if it's not too much trouble
