Perhaps no such news to burst into action so diamond hypothesis aborted & symmetrical triangle considered that can move to either direction . so will close at 1.4290 & will scalp some .

Lets see how this 1 hr candle closes, we might be on the way to test 1.4400.
This candle could form a nice upward channel with a long wick.
They think they are smarter than I am.

i guess you are right, but for me it has to close above 1.4335, pivot point.
Without being impartial, thats the way it should be. A close below that would give more momentum to the bearishness. This is a retracement from the shortterm down from 1.4372. good luck !!

I began to think long. Usdx fibo 77,91. a significant level. closed last week at the bottom of this level. there may be downward movement.

IMHO all this dollar strength is total BULLSHIT
i can't see any fundamental chages in US economy
the problems with Greece, Spain, Portugal? Did they appear only 3 weeks ago?
no, they are long term macro problems that existed earlier.
but those news can be used to fool the mass.

what fooling, you see the fundamentals for the euro being strong. Euro will not be around as long as dollar that is not a radical assumption.

lao i agree with you!!. But remember dont fight against the trend. On december there is a rally with us dollar. So go and get in, then on 1.39 or 1.4120 you can buy some lots if you want. Im a bull but right now is a good opportunity to find some money on this rally.

then read your charts.. this move is been in the works months. and if you look at usdx its been in the works since 2008 as a bigger overall trend. what was bullshit was the u.s. central bank letting europes central bank borrow money for its private banks without going through normal channels. thus reducing usd demand. that was manipulation. going through free market is not.
