the short answer is yes, the clearest explanation I ever got on the topic was that if you want to buy the broker sells it to you, if you want to sell the broker buys it from you therefore acting as a counter-party unless its an ECN, otherwise you might not get instant execution(love that term) of your order. a little different from a bucket-shop depending on the broker, anyone else want to weigh in? I could be totally wrong, like 95% wrong

newbies if your green lock it in or get out.. if you red you may want out also.. wait about 20 min from now before trading. STAY OUT..or at least till spreads arent so wide.. since your not gonna listen, nice meeting ya..

hey gator one question 1. the spread only gets bigger at bucket shops? as I have ECN and spread is normal 2 pip only early trading Sunday it gets a little wider up to4-6pips but thats the highest I have seen so far.

... Approx 7 hours ago I went long at 1.4528 as per my earlier post with chart attached.

At 11:00 gmt the hourly bar closed at 1.4569, which furher indicated more upward move.

The only thing that would make me get out of this Long Trade, is the hourly bar closing below 1.4537.

if its 2 pips all the time your already paying for it.. on eu mb trading normaly 1 pip.. but during news it may be much more. but its intergrated so your getting bank spread. gft can get wider also.. when they get back to normal i trade..

Hmm

Based on strong downward move earlier (same kind of patterns on 4h tf), fib 23.6% acted like a strong resistance and then significant hidden div on 4h tf.

Hopefully those who shorted did not close trades...
They think they are smarter than I am.

Yikes, the spread with my ECN, for E/U, is usually below 1 pip. Much rather pay commissions and have a low spread.

if it happens we will already have a new low on eu... but if aud gets below 89.40 you may want to reconsider usd shorts for a while..nap time

Yes , you are correct . In the morning I was long having tp 1.4585 but tp 1.4560 & next again bull & left with trailing , were also closed at 1.4573. again I wrote I am placing pending many shorts at defferent levels from 1.4577 to 1.4597 ( my maximum # ) ,among them 2 triggered .
they does not need any special time frame to work & decide for only pa . every movement is done in every time frame .
No faster tf necessary , while scalping any direction or both at the same time are ok to me.
again if go up now as seen some I will not close with +33pips green.will wait my other pending be activated too.just my style.

Anyway,something is deveolping perhaps in the chart, some say a black swine/hawk ( i say a bird/aeroplane) should indicate massive downfall .

I'm already long. We have a nice bullish channel and stoch cross marking the entry point. Any opinions? G/L 4 everyone.
