they only have 800 billion treasurys other currencies go up, their other currencies gain in value, plus their reserves are artificial built 25-40 percent are due to printing money and buying other currencies.

i understand yur right there should be no doubt cause if it wrong u just reverse but doing that here would get u killed because its not the trendline stoping price its the 2 doji on the weekly..the area has confluence and price may go up

I wont take it..because its against my rules..im interesting in selling only into the trend..the other thing about trendlines there seems to be a difference in highs and lows from individual brokers..so there very little substance in the value of trendline unless is a major one..these are just my thoughts

I never used to use trendlines to influence my trade decisions and it trial and error for me at the moment

Trendlines show the direction...dont try and play them to the pip. Infact if you are going to trade trendliens make them 20 pt wide.

i agree completely...its simply anotherway to visualize the trend

like this formation is simply there to give u an idea of the lows and highs.

This isn't solely amount interest rate differentials. The financial risk in the Eurozone has been becoming more apparent on a daily basis. The fundamentals are now driving. Notice how the pair is now almost completely decoupled from the negative correlation to the US equities market that was driving price for so long.

There is nothing to drive this pair up from here. Nothing goes in a straight line but I don't see sustained upward movement for a long time. There is almost a no win situation for the bulls. Continued good news on the US front implies interest rate hikes and if we see a collapse in equities (still possible in my opinion) the flight to safety will bolster the dollar.

There are too many inherent risks in the Euro right now. Look for a strong downward move over the next two months, 1.35 is entirely realistic.

I know none of you know me so I expect to get flamed. Just my opinion.

I kinda sorta agree, but trendlines are merely a tool in the box of tools with which we all trade. The Andrews Pitchfork in it's basic form is also just a bunch of trendlines, but they can be very profitable.

Personally I don't need trendlines to see direction, but I use them to alert me to possible areas where I may wish to put my finger on the trigger to exit or enter a trade.

As you say, you can't rely on them being pip perfect, but when drawn right they certainly give a great 'heads-up'.

Trend line and good understanding of support and resistance lines is all you need. Combined they are the most powerfull thing you will need. If you want indicator RSI works well

You've got my 100% agreement on this. Clean chart and the lines do the job.. RSI or MACD for more power if you like..

man you have to get in early... you keep selling at the bottom....i said 4510 was a fib. but you have to realise the move was already way past the daily moving average. on the top right of chart it has the ma and all you need to know.. a retrace was expected but the good thing is it has not moved far.. this is a bearish sign.. we may sit here for days.. But we got big news comming out in the morning fomc ect.. now with that said, i see no reason the larger move does not continue down.. but your the only one who can answer when to get out. i posted levels and gave sediment for longer term trades. you cant keep trading on different calls by different people with styles that dont fit your account. go back and reread post i have a area i say may be the top. i do doubt we get that high, but its what the math said.

without news i would tell you to wait it out and you should be ok. but news is the unknown.. i keep hearing the news bullshit pushing the pair. but as said i had major indications this was gonna happen since october..even as new high was made. we should take out 4510 imho but when is the big question.. if we do and get a few closes bellow 200 sma then i would not long this pair.. at the very soonest till gold hit 1000.. and maybe not then.. ill play it by ear. i showed you where it wants to go.. and where it will rest.. but i cant tell how or if it will get there with a great degree of certainty...clue... look at your weekly indicators... personaly im not making any trading decisions on anything smaller atm.. i put in the other crap to help others..
