daily/weekly trend lines has already broken, the overall trend reversed, so basicly I am on the bear side.

I just went long because it is oversold.

with proper MM it won't be a big problem if the trade goes wrong (I always use SL), anyway, I expect some easy pips from this call.
well, I managed to close the trade in +10pips BUT now I am writing to my wall: "do not trade against trend".

all indicators have their weekness, based on the fact that they analyse history...

however, there is a bit of wisdom in understanding that indicators should tell you story...

and the most useful part of history is trend

Blah blah blah. If I'm supposed to never trade against a trend, then the trend should never trend against my trades.

GBP News is very good for pound...long in that... i think we might see a retrace in eu too?

the news wasnt very good....it was right in line with forecast, not a surprise thats why no one bought the news....eu doesnt necessarily react to cable news, it trades a little differently.

all these Europeans still bashing the dollar and cannot admit they were wrong. Wait till after new year, i suppose they will all dissappear.

i made a quick 20 pips on GBP.
and from my experience albeit little.... even the smallest news helps in stopping a high speed bear/bull train...
not changing the direction.. but slows it down!
