Yes its sort of dangerous xmas and new years. I hope that it will come back to 1.5xxx, my daily analysis doesn't look like it, important to make this move invalid would be a close above 1.4682-86. Thats for me a reason to stay more short biased. Its anyway hard to really know where we are going there seems to be a huge indecision in the market and today wont be the one where its decided.
I agree, the decesion is coming by the news of the following days.

Those of you who are indecisive just look at the weekly chart and if you are smart enough everything you need to know about a several hundred pip profit is on there.

Anyways just a little hint about the indicator. John B.

I think a serious correction this fall. For more up. and interest will continue the road again after the decision. My expectations will be tested fibo 516x. like this is only my assumption. but my expectations in this direction. I hope you understand my bad english.

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Euro rally from March low at 1.2460 is about to extend during the first quarter of 2010 to reach levels around 1.5500 before turn down to end next year at prices around 1.4000, according to the latest year forecast by Jyske Bank's technical analyst Morten Lykke Pedersen.

The Euro will extend its current uptrend into the first quarter of 2010, to reach 1.5500 high by March Next Year, to pull down to levels around 1.4700 by mid 2010, says Pedersen.

On the second half of 2010, the Euro will continue lower, to reach 1.4000 area by December next year, according to Pedersen.

Barclays' Forrester said he is dollar bullish,
UBS cited 1.40 as target in 3 months.
Nomura and Bank of Tokyo said they are bullish on dollar.

this is what BNP PARIBAS has to say
We still have our reservations about selling the euro ahead of the year-end as we expect coupon, dividend and profit repatriation to work in favour of the single currency against the dollar,” said Mr Redeker.
“But, once the year-end has passed, the euro is set to collapse against the dollar.”

Bull does not seem any strong and the same pattern price everytime start fall sharp recurring perhaps . if this time it falls to1.4623 or below should not go back again.expected some more retracements though and 1.4623 is no any important registant now , accepting so easily the big bear!!

H4 bollinger on dow is quite narrow... may indicate a sharp move - I do not know which direction.

Like I feel rite now - if there was a gun pointed at me and I had to choose the direction, I would say pull the trigger...
