Hi every1. I closed my all long-term trades (lasting 2-5 days - yes, because I'm a scalper, few days is a long term for me). Money has been freed and I'm back in the game. Hope you're doing fine.

IMO a trading journal would be more helpful for you because with the high volume of posts in this thread continuity is difficult. Just trying to help.
Do not focus on making money; focus on protecting what you have.

Good morning

I am not decided of how to trade today. Fridays tanking moved me into the shorting side, but the recent pullback to above 82 (1.4682 -> 50% of Fridays move) got me a little more concerned. In some respect its ok to pull-back just below 50%, but above 50% make the move down invalid. On the 15min chart I see a higher low which again is more for the upside 1.4647 got some support there, which will be a place for me to enter short when below. Should it get again above 85 I will consider longs again.

As I said before I am not decided and dont like the recent move up.

Not purely scalper but do mostly day trading , so did not close shorts at 1.4646 with profit & long having d bottom . few having tp 1.4626 & rest to continue down & sl still 1.4699.may continue many many days if favourable.there is another last try resume bull right now & with less hope .

Maybe you should take a look at bigger picture regarding 4hr tf. Eur is desperately trying to reach for Fib 23.6% (1.4713) from last swing 1.5143. Might be some work to get there because it has to break the descending trendline first.
They think they are smarter than I am.

strange , like 2 hours earlier there was a total agreement on going long , i am short according to my charts , so i didn't continue reading now i am back and its all shorts ? may you enlighten me what has changed ?

dx pulling back kindly to the 50% of the spike up.. get ready for moves when the apex is hit.. around 12.30 uk time.. up or down.. I'm unsure..

Hey everybody, its been a while, i was lucky to cancel all my long options entry buy before the big drop. Meaning i haven't lost a bit on my longs since 1.51.

I think that 1.4713 has to be reached this week. I am long since 1.4597 a little bit heavy, and i closed already 50% of my trade at 1.4674. I am really happy. (sorry just wanted to mention it).

NOW the uptrend is not yet broken, some may dissaprove, but that's normal, otherwise we would be always right. Eur/usd would be in a sideway range if it would go under the 1.4580 and break the up trend there. But he didn't. So still in uptrend.

STRATEGY: I will continu adding longs in dips.

The trend is still upwards ,untill 1.4467 is broken. Now is good time to give power to your feelings,thoughts - 1.48 level i think has biggest chance
