always thought USD will be gaining strength by the end of 2009 but still there is no signs of that yet going to 1000 is something ( and i quote ) impossible as my friend TripeiroFX said , yet we could go down but my best guess is 1.2000 if we did go down

Surprisingly good numbers coming out of the US, the dollar may strengthen based on this, lets see what the charts tell us....

Rigth T@MeR i'm with you i'm believe in a 1,20.... scenario in 2010.... but now i think that is very soon to make this forecasts (i think)

after the Greek PM speech and so better than expectedUS retail sales nmbrs it seems to me that we will not see 1.4800 today...

It's tricky:

On the one side we have a requirement for a correction that was long overdue, should take us to levels @ 1,4500 or maybe even lower.
On the other hand, we have a huge support between 1,46 and 1,47, so... where does this put us? I don't know and it seems many traders don't either.

But I'm short (with SL @ breakeven)

We'll soon know what the "us consumer" thinks of the situation
