Finally, we have someone who is not trying to sell his EA and scalping the individual trader. Finally, we have someone who may have a good trading system and he is not going to milk the market with $ 49.00 trading seminars. Finally, there is a breath of fresh air in this Forum. Thanks for the EA when it comes out. One more thing, is there audio on the videos on youtube.com. I could not hear a thing. I checked my sound card..Just wondering. Thanks for all the hard work in this thread. If i knew how to code, I sure would lend a hand. I told all of my buddies in our trading room about this thread. I hope this EA is better than that Idiot Steinitz robot that claims it is not a loser...Looking forward to more great posts on this thread. thanks again.

I'm using the code blew in my EA.

* EA does not cap MaxTrades to 3, it keep opening trades.
. MultipleOrders function is working fine

* In addition to Maxtrade issue, can someone please advice me how to program this EA, such that when MultipleOrders is set to True EA only opens next trade in oppsite direction of the current trade.

i.e: If current is long on eur/usd
then Maxtrade value function open all short untill long is closed. and vise versa.

A quick & dirty solution is to add OrdersTotal() vs maxtrades check before initiating the trade:

Thanks for sharing your EA/system. It looks very promising and I can't wait to try it out. You mentioned that the EA had one lost in 5 months. If I may ask, how many pips was this loss? I'm big on money management and I'm curious to know what risk/reward this EA has as well as recovery time after a loss.

You also mentioned that there is no SL in the system, only TS and TP. Is there at least an emergency SL in case of PC/internet issues? Also, are you using hidden TS and TP?

Hi...when you started this thread i took a look at your Trade The Slope System and it's interesting ;-)

I'm trying a very scalping version using only 5M and 1M and I have to say that it gives good signals...

Loss was 100 pips. About profit... lot lot more then the loss. I keep changing my TP and TS levels according to the current events ie. news. EA will recover a loss of 100 pip in less than 48h. absolute drawdown is between 7% and 10% depending on the setting.
The EA does not have hidden TS and TP yet.

I was expecting a much larger loss so I'm impressed. How would you adjust the TS and TP when high impact news is near? Raise TP and tighten SL?
