Good Luck, fontu. I usually just scalp throught the Frankfurt open - the day begins there & the tone of the day gets set there and in the first hour of London. Green S&P and Oil futures now can and often do reverse when Europe comes online.

Long looks good tho. If I had to guess. But I don't. Carry on.

Some resistance around 1.4745 from Daily Pivot, Weekly S1.

Stronger support around 1.4625 from previous Untested Support, Daily S1, Weekly S2.

Looking to go short overnight.

Thanks , the bullish pattern in smallest tf is just symbolic , may not hold too for big up but just a tend change in things what doing before .If works properly I see 1.4950 still in the radar again. H1,H4 tf channel downside but daily still up.
1.4623 not broken yet & hence further downside movement not any confirmed.
Just my analysis , anything can happen as did many times & the perfect levels of movements also symbolic , always not reached exactly & have failed lots of time ( little big in last few days but arround do better ,much less tp ), a profit trade turned into loss one & even the sl not set at be due overconfidence of the analysis when should not be any in any time in forex.) .

well 1.4765 did not hold and as anticipated we fell through to 1.4700, which I believe is an important level not only psychologically but also a strong support level.
If today, I see substantial PA under the 1.4700 level, I will consider taking short positions. Next support is at 1.4669 and then 1.4625.
As to the longs, will only consider such positions if 1.4765 is cleared.
My vision, I might be completely off

I am holding a long position with a draw down but H4 says this move down might be done for now,


Hopefully there will be a retrace to around 1.49 before the down move continues.

I have the same view.

Still we have to see recovery in stocks for longs which seems to be difficult with all the bad news out there.

Hi Cat,
yes, I noticed, we even open similar positions. Did your long yesterday around 1.4850 close at BE? Mine did. But I opened hedging short position at the same time at 1.4865, which gave me nice result at the end.
But that's yesterday...
Today, I totally agree with you, stocks and oil could be used as an indicator for eur longs.
