DislikedOk it's very obvious that this is the carry trade taking effect. Lower numbers is suppose to mean better American economy. Massive dollar buying in order to buy more higher yielding OTHER currencies. This same thing happened back in July, and the talking heads went off about how we were seeing an inverse to the weak dollar, stronger equity trade. Hear this. As long as the dollar is floating around zero interest rate, anything such as this is just considered a pullback. Until the dollar gets some valeu, it's going to be that little kid sitting in...Ignored

DislikedCandy Bars $0.99 was 0.69 only a couple years ago. All packaging is smaller and more expensive. A few staples have not gone up so much but i'd say overall food in the last couple years is up 10% YOY.Ignored
DislikedAgreed, it will end. But today? Doubtful. But if it does I will just manage my trades to get out of them. Or just take the loss and start taking stock of all this fabulous uptrend has given to me! All dip buyers will be wrong at some point, but that does not wipe out the 50+ times dip buying has been profitable.
