I just entered this SonicR short. I like what you are seeing, but take a look at where that big pipin' rally ended - right at resistance at the 11/23/2009 high!

So, after playing with me for two days for a total profit of +3.5 pips, I am looking forward to some EUR selling and Yen buying to get me on the + side for real.

You and I are on the same Sonic page, Domas. When I saw where that high came in, and then when saw that price could not muster much of a rally off of the SonicR re-entry, I went into SonicStalker mode and waited for this break.

My stop is now at break even. So it is up to the market to decide.

ddaytrade and domas4, be careful. Analysis of trade volume, which is showing heaviest at lowest prices, would indicate sneaky loading up for a pump......, leastwise that is how I am seeing it.

Look at Day chart....highest trade count in quite a while, and when price hit lowest in quite a while. Price could be driven now back to top of range. Not immediately, but in the upsy/downsy way that makes the big boys money.

Here is the continuation from the GBP/USD chart yesterday.

I am sure you can see how these fibo lines were support for price until they were violated and then became the ceiling to prevent price from rising above them on the downtrend.


These fibos show us clear support and resistance areas which can be used to both enter and exit a trade.

Hope this makes things clearer.

Haven't given up on EJ Long yet.

H1-H4 trend up, not much volume even after the lower SHI channel broke & we still have a Higher Low in play.

Are the Big Boys lowering it for a Long?

I must be on the same page as you with this one, I still consider it a valid Long till I see a lower low. Volume is starting pick up.

Yes, and this is the way I see it right now.... It now shows three successive sets of higher lows/higher highs, so it should be near a breakout. And these are finely developed WAVES. I am sure ddaytrader would agree with that.

Edit: For Tps I have used the FE tool to measure the previous WAVE up and then applied it to the bottom of this current leg up. Tps then are at 162% and 212% levels. If greedy, then 262%, but I am not that adventurous with this one right now. No pivots needed for this kind of trading, when the WAVES are so nice. (imho)
