Well, cross linked to the yen are obviously long.
But this does not mean that they can not retrace.
How could you see, at least in this case , while the cross-linked to the yen are rising (maintaining the relationship between them) the euro has remained stable.
Just because EURJPY is long, I said that if I see him at 132.19 ....

Hey good evening everyone. Finals are here soon so I have not been able to make alot of useless posts.

I'm long at 1.50503 tp at 1.5070 watching PA on the minute.

o you are saying typically that eu/jpy is Long and eu has an inverse relationship to it?

I am confused.....sorry.....I am thinking if eu/jpy hits 132.19 then would not eu/usd being weak as well and heading south?

I told myself I wasn't going to short this pair until the daily TL broke (and I already did it once for a loss), but man that is one tempting short setup.

Pin bar and rejection at the previous high.

You are correct imo. Uptrend is not yet broken and shorting this pair would be flipping a coin about the employment data.

From a Daily perspective, short is just not a value bet right now. Daily channel is still intact. I personally will not consider a short (swing trade) until below 4625 on a daily close. Maybe a scalp short above 5135 might (with a tight stop loss or stop-reverse above 5160) on a short term basis. I have already scalped the top a couple of times with good success. I would not read too much into E/U's slow pace at achieving another swing high. That has been the norm since this run began in April.

Hmmmmm....all fair game but i think bears not done yet.

Notice top flag...price retraces to the 50 fibo...drops...then retraces 6 pips above 38.2 fibo then drops

now look at current flag

price retraced to 50 fibo and dropped...now 6 pips above the 38.2 fibo.

Yeah I know all this. I held longs from May until November. The TL runs at 60 pips/week. I was just remarking on the daily pin.
