I think at this point that we must touch at least one pip above 5117, for technical reasons.

my target for the day is 1.5169-79

It wouldnt even surprise me the least bit if it blew right through the 74 fib at that level...

Well, I disagree with that. But I'll give you the benefit of the doubt for a moment. Even with that, heading back to 1.34 is longer term stuff than 99.99999999% of the folks here can even comprehend. Tomorrow is Thursday in America and after that is Friday. I don't see a move to 1.34 happening over the next 2 days.

But a move in the neighborhood of 1.50 by Friday wouldn't surprise me in the least.

Here is a quote from Sean Lee of forexlive posted during Tokyo

Just to re-fresh your memory, EUR/USD jumped from 1.27 to 1.34 one week and from 1.34 to 1.47 the following week. I don’t think anything like that is going to happen this year in that we are now in a completely different market phase but nevertheless it’s worth remembering.
Dealers say that a break above 1.5160 would take a large number of options out of play, greatly increasing bullish momentum. A break of technical resistance at 1.5290 (double-top neckline) would also increase bullish momentum. These are two important levels to watch in coming weeks.

Its up..its a bull run.

DAX futures are up..so if DAX opens in green, e/u will shoot.

I dont think shorting is a good trade here.

Closed my long since yersterday with just over 20 pips. We are probably going to retrace some. I have placed buy limit order at R1 level with TP 1.5140 and going to bed till US opens.

What week/month it was when this happened? I was not in market then, so dont know.

I am thinking bears/shorts accounts would have been wiped off during these 2 above weeks..scary.

lololol i might be buying at 5108 with tight stop depending on PA if it gets there
