I am by no means being critical of your strategy when I ask the following...more wondering your logic as to why you would not employ the following strategy: take 1/4 short on break of minor support, and with each successive break of minor support, move the stop on the previous entry to BE+profit? Cash out on rejection at major support, and look for reversal. Just seems to me that you avoid drawdown and you're able to exploit the intermediate-term countertrend.

i bought at 34.. we will c.. t sl.. just shorted cad.. also.. 498... stop loss on both just a few pips.. will set to be shortly..

Anything happen gatornila ? though i closed all shorts before at that level to end my day but again back & have some for tp 1.5007 .lower tf though little building but still not seem any change .

1.5034 is the monthly 00:00 GMT open price too...

Have you looked at a Daily Chart? Short E/U has destroyed many accounts since April. Risk is to the Upside, big time. I may scalp a little bit from time to time (like near 5150), but anything else is big time risk. For a position swingtrade, I would not touch an E/U short with a 10 ft. pole. If you are shorting, you are likley sclaping and Daytrading. I try to avoid that circumstance.... as I have no idea what the direction the next 100 pips will be, and no one else does either. Cost me many thousands to arrive at that conculusion.

What a weak downtrend has developed, true December low volume fashion. In any case, still waiting for that retest of that breakout wall, or possibly when the upper wall of this downtrend channel gets tapped. As things currently stand, entry won't come until either the last hour of the US session or the opening of the Asian session. Lets see now how pa behaves to Beige book results (my thoughts say initial reaction will be up). Petra said it well, some days a trade just does not materialize.

Technically, it does look like it has a great upside potential at least 4 hourly. Could this lend Eur some support during tonight's asian session?

Divergence as well, so global risk uptrend intact.
EDIT: I suspect a last minute rally in the Dow.
