i would be rather still looking for longs at eurusd. in general i believe bulls are still stronger. 5040 area could be ok. lets wait and watch

be careful aud and cad both want to slap usd down.. but it may be the gold helping them. since oil is down

just looking at the daily chart for the year.

what happened in december last year that made the EUR shoot upwards so much?

Yes buddy..you are right..yesterday i was also looking at the same. From dec 15- dec 17, eur/usd rose by more then 300 pips !

Not sure what was the reason- may be low volume spike just like what we saw during thanksgiving week.

Last december on approx dec 15- dec 17 2008, they did cause 300-400 pips rise !

ye but more than that in the grand scheme of things!

1.25 - 1.45... 2000 pips in about 20 days!

could do with that right now, i dont know whether this thing is going to go up or down

The proverbial cat is out of the bag, the short term debt of the US Next (18-24 months) is unsustainable and will not be able to be refinanced, leading the Fed the only option of printing themselves into oblivion, other central banks are already pulling out of the dollar and going into hard assets, gold, silver, commodities...........

As the dollar collapses there is no upside limit, how about 15.2+........ exception being the total collapse of the worldwide financial fiat system. In that seceanio, it does not matter the Euro/Dollar equivalent as neither will be worth the paper they are written on.

Dow rallying, Eur/USD rallying.

Once dow falls (booking profits), eur/usd will fall.

I am shorting these new spikes with a hope dow falls and i get 20 pips profit.
