[JAPAN FIN MIN FUJII] is quoted as saying in the Mainichi newspaper that Japan won't intervene in the FX market. The headline revelation by Japan's fin min has apparently spurred this mrgs sell off in the [EUR/YEN], which has fallen back under 130.00 to a 129.66 low so far. The overall feeling out in the market is that a firmer Yen agst the Euro is less of an issue than versus the Usd.

yes news should just be used for entertainment...and most that times its full of BS.

here are two rules I follow.

1) Charts never lie, they are solid and real price action.

2) The news always comes out in the charts first.
