Ok, but your H4 and the H4 of others may not be the same, since it is based on broker server time zone. When I look at the H4, aside from the difference in the candle configuration, I see that the first candle referred to is at the bottom of previous Dragon ranging, whereas the second candle is at the bottom of a 520+ pip torpedo and the Dragon is steeply downward. So, there might be a difference in how this turns out. I mean to suggest here that while the first resulted in a move up, and the second sure looks like it could move down, it has already moved down quite a lot. So a pullback/retrace (or even a reversal) could happen now.

The M15 certainly holds prospect for a break up. Note the heavy trade volume at the lows.

Rambling.....

US gov't talks like they "want" a strong dollar, but actions seem more like they want it weak. Maybe afraid if dollar goes strong, China will call in some of the debt.....and we will be bankrupt.

The market gave the US gov't a Thanksgiving present....a "momentarily" strong dollar, so the gov't can say "See, we are working for a strong dollar, and getting some results." (Yeah, right.)

But the market is an "Indian Giver." What it gives, it quickly takes back!

All the "powers at large" seem to be steeped in greed, lies and deceit.

Meanwhile, we trade what we see. And do not overstay our "welcome".

I took this trade ...
EP : 1.6425
intial Stop Loss 1.6397
TP @ 1.6475 under mS1

initial SL not under the previous HL coz it would have been too far for me (about 57 pips). So put it under the bottom of the previous candle...

Exit 100% on TP coz I don't want to be stuck in a over week end trade
And it's 50 pips in the poket !

I wonder if we should be amazed that the market sometimes makes huge moves on holidays.....sometimes with little trade activity, and sometimes with a lot! Seems like there is absolutely no consistency except for one...

We trade what we see.

Edit: It has been a crazy two days! I wonder what "talking head" spoke what words to cause the torpedoes that sank the ship in 520+ pips of the deep blue? And for his deceit, did God give him a turkey bone stuck in the throat? And did the market promptly respond by sending out the salvage crew?

Just setting up my S&R for tomorrow and noticed this RH&S on GU H1.

GU H4 seems to be forming the right shoulder.

USD/JPY also has a RH&S on H4.

Could be in for a good Monday session as these Reverse H&S patterns are at the bottom of a decent down moves?

Just installed the latest pivots but, I thought my broker was on GMT but it seems not.


My broker's time according to the P4 clock is 2:45 AM Tokyo is currently 9:45 AM. GMT is 12:45 AM, So I need to set the pivots for 7 hours difference from server?

HrsServerTZfromGMT=9
HrsChoiceTZfromGMT=9
