Not much of a retrace in the dollar tonight YET . Thinking there should be and that would make my longs work at least for a scalp till tomorrow morning!

Dunno where you heard this. I think what you are trying to say is "cost of production for light crude averages internationally around the 12USD/bbl mark".

But this has nothing to do with what is being discussed.

It is a plain and simple economic fact that with a USD/bbl <70 then the majority of oil producing countries (but especially Russia, Iran, Iraq and the Saudis) will have extreme trouble balancing their budgets for more than 6 months.

Imagine the situation California is currently in, on a macroeconomic scale and that is probably what we will see if deflation sets in at this level.

So long as Eur defends steady 1.4807, the exchange rate still possibly continued since 1.4626 upward tendencies. If breaks through 1.5047/5061 resistance sectors, will confirm that the intermediate stage rises the tendency to restore, the multi-thread goal will aim at 1.541 0. yes at some point its too high and we find another source.. if you add in last 3 wars we can put some crisco in our tanks.. the true cost of oil is much more then posted price.. add another 100 plus bucks per barrel. let them drink their oil and eat there sand.. the first diesel motor ran on peanut oil. then we dont have to spend money and blood protecting sand.

I post this earlier on the Koala trade, this is my analysis, I am new on trading but this is my point of view.

I expect Price to reach 1.4803 from my E/U H4 Chart.

Any comments, critics or thoughts be my guess.

What would you consider to be the most stable strategy for the EUR. I have found difficulty in trading it compared to other pairs
If AUD breaks below 91.9 then I think it would be a major trend change
