Because the United States of America has determined, at present, that a weak dollar is in its best intrest. As the world's last remaning super power, it usually gets its way. Not always, but usually. Yes, neither you nor I have any idea what the next 100 pips will bring. I don't know, and I don't care. Until 4625 is violated, there is no reason to care. USA has been winning the weak dollar fight since April, and until I see evidence to the contrary, I am sticking with the winning side. If anyone needs confirmation of who is winning, pull up any daily or weekly chart.

St. Louis Fed president Bullard says that markets should focus on the Fed’s quantitative ease policies and not interest rates for the near-term. It will adjust policy via removing accommodation via quantitative measures rather than adjusting nominal interest rates, he says. Rates did not rise for 2.5 to 3 years after the last recession, Bullard noted.
Looks like nominal rates will stay low for a long-time but QE methods will be scaled back. That supports the risk trade, helping boost EUR/USD. Gold reached $1150 on the latest pop.

This time it should complicate for the day , immature bull try twice but failed & perhape price to down for any support at 1.4933/18/07 for next try break 66 area If repeated fail then bull end & start bear continuation . waiting play .

If you are scalping the top side short... I wish you well. As long as you have hard stops that you respect, you will probably make some money. All I said was that buying dips is easy money... and has been for months now. There are other ways to make money in this market. ATM, buying dips is about as low risk as you get in this market. its all about breaking 35 pivot level , and 4890 as first strong resist of bear movement and good oportunities for bulls to enter

NY has already told you what they will do, see the equity indices down, see the GU having trouble holding it's recent trend, see the orders being pulled as i type. they will regroup when the equity market stabilises

Market will force unwinding of fed,s balance sheet, interest rates will go to over 10 percent. America will be paying nearly half of its budget on interest providing it doesn't go bankrupt.

its more logic for USA to attack the Iran , South Corea and everything near including Russia so it will destroy half of the world until 2012 and prove as world leader , then demand tribute to save whats left from the world from the Nature attack in 2012 and Decline mayes vision of future. After that unite the free world and make us slaves to its economic. And after dollar will be stronger becouse it will be the only currency existing , everyone will sing Happy birthday in english and will kneel to the Statue of freedom , White house will move to Paris and legalize prostitute and weed all over the world.
