You have said the same thing all the time

"I have had several consultations with some colleagues here and the overall consenus is:

- Monitor for SELL XXXJPY from 10.30pm GMT until 00.30am GMT.
- Monitor for BUY XXXJPY from 06.30am GMT until 08.30am GMT."

This would be enough for everybody, itīs for me. I can the swedish futuremarket...but not BOJ and BOJ tradings best time...but You can that and thats enough.

I do not often see the simplest solutions, and so go around mountains of hoops to arrive where someone with a clearer grasp of what is going on arrives instantly.

This will not happen immediately, but watch out for Scoobs Mega Trading Robot V1, coming soon.

Shouldnīt bee nothing cause of newsfilter, but without newsfilter and correct time, buy would be impossible

It is now 12.01 Tuesday GMT. If he is correct that would make the open of Takyo 1 hour ago, correct?

I changed the magic numbers. Recall that was required on one of the versions, so do it automatically now.

Also have the 24 hour ea (latest version) running on another chart, but the v2.5 is the one that took the trade.

U.S. central time = 1600 and 0000.

Still getting the new candle delay as well. I am using the latest versions of indies and ea's.

Both the thingies you report as errors go back quite a long way, have been solved and not reported since.

I suggest you delete and reinstall your demo, do a fresh download of everything you need and start again. Sometimes this is the only solution.

Sorry to rain on your parade, but your wrong.

Tokyo forex trading opened an 1hr and 15 mins ago. Tokyo stock trading opened 15 mins ago.

Scooby latest update would incorporate this

forex trading time GMT 23:00 = 11pm GMT-> til GMT 07:00 = 7am GMT

WOW I got banned because I clearly proved a so called 'contributor' to the thread wrong? Now that is by far the most ridiculous thing i've seen on this forum.

Not my fault the guy has 7v and can't tell time. Cry me a river.

I agree with Redhouse - Tokyo opened 1 hour and 20 minutes ago.

Sorry to carry on this discussion, but one thing is confusing me

- I am based in the UK so I am operating at GMT. Current time is 12:20. The platform I am running the robot on is ForexMeta which runs at GMT+2, ie it is currently at 2:20 am

Do I align the times to 2 hours before my computer clock, or 2 hours before the time ForexMeta is working to?

It doesn't matter if your broker time is GMT+50, the EA is according to your local time.

Sorry if this is a little off-topic.

Scooby, I've read that you're possibly trying to incorporate support and resistance into the EA in some form.

The THV EA (http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=168347) has incorporated this into their EA taking into account support and resistance points in terms of entry and exit points, so maybe this is something that can be looked into.

I'm not too sure about this, as I know nothing of MT4 coding, but they have done this to a high degree of complexity by the looks of it. So maybe by using the EA along with the pivots point indicator, something can be done.

I'm just not sure how.
