lol, you are on the wrong forum. Try 321 gold, if you want to join the other goldbugs. I don't have any real opinion on gold. I think it is cheaper in real terms than it was in 1980, but it is a highly controled contract. The emotional aspect is highly overstated in my opinion. The emotions only come into play when the larger (emotion free) players decide to make some statment.

I think there may be enough fear in the market to justify higher prices, the big question is whether there is enough cash to confirm them. At any rate, jumping 1% at the top of the gold chart doesn't signify any increased appetite for risk.

At this point, reaching 15007 is a statistical probability, basis the +50 / +100 digital.

It's only a stat, though. After that, some reality is in order come New York open.
If we open a full figure ahead of where New York settled on Friday,
it will cause a whole lot of swing and sway. So I'd expect some moderation before then....

good morning.

Looks like asian session was positive.
Maybe a small retrace down to 1,4950 then continuation with upwards more according to my up channel and break of 1.5.

I don't know. You and Toshi are getting more milage out of the spike than I get on my charts. But then, I'm still having problems with friday's close and today's open???

I'm not ready to pop any champagne corks yet. Since this is partly a hedge against what I expect will be equity losses tomorrow, Anything I gain here won't put me on Eluthera's beach, waiting for the sunrise..

You are very right , waiting for right trade . That is for sure no trade is looking at us now & just trying to follow & analyse market only . those already long are very ok but those not still to wait for confirmation.

I'm short, I have been for a couple of hours. The only thing I see wrong about that now is $3 copper, and the copper price hasn't been very reliable for a while?? It is just that I'm not yet ready to cheer about my position.

I'm not gettin' jack outta this PA. There were opps, but I pass 'em in favor of watching the stats play out.
Like I mentioned, I don't trust a move without volume to back it up so,
if I can get a bounce out of some yen pairs, wouldn't mind letting the euro find it's way and deal with it then.

Do you have Dow 10,000 test on your radar, by any chance ?

BTW: E/J at the weekly pivot, but not looking too chipper at the moment....
