especially if it is relevant to the euro and correlates in some way.
If we got Euros, Aussie matters. If we trade Euro, Gold matters.

To think EURO/USD is unaffected by all these other connected markets
is to leave out big pieces of the puzzle. It matters.

Ya know, not long ago gold was going up when everything was melting down (and the dollar was soaring). Gold climbing is a canary in the coal mine that there are major problems brewing, but does not always mean the dollar will weaken and stocks will be strong.

for days Tex. To me gold has looked overbought for some time, but we still have another 15% to go to satisfy the ascending wedge break-out??
You have to consider all that time gokd sat at $1000 melting value in real terms. I really can't say that the dollar is rising, I just felt that the ratio was so much better on that side..
