My personal opinion on the EUR/USD is that if it doesn't reach 1.51xx by mid week...it probably isn't going to at all. I'm losing count of the number of times it breaks 1.5 yet fails to make it stick.
I concur. Its why Im probably going to close my longs at 1.5050. If it fails again everyone seems to agree that its going to be a fast ride down.

Does anyone know what the attacment # is for the auto pivot indicator that Acuman uses that gives you daily, monthly and weekly pivots? My computer crashed this weekend.....lost everything......

Driver55 what target off this scalp area? I'm looking for the 4800 area....

At this moment I can not imagine a minimum below 4924

I'm not sure which one Acuman uses, but I have one that does all that....might be the same one. I can post it in a few minutes if you like?

I really don't have any positon atm. But, I not two of my accounts show that they are holding a wide spread, usually a sign of something pending??

The gold spike may just have been a last hurrah, to clear a few more shorts.

I just had one of those moments where you log on, see the chart and start selling. Now I gotta figure out why I did that to stay in the trade.

Ahh R1 is a good reason, daily pivot just below the gap is another one.

Hey guys. my broker opens at 6est, and there was about a 20pip gap Euro. did this happen "pre market" or is it just the price action from the earlier retail platforms?

Is it me or is there a major psych bottom at 1.00 on the USD/CHF. I think this pair bounces at that point.

levels i find important. as where we currently are (4965). widder yellow number/lines should be stronger. use if like or throw away.

I've had those moments...

Usually, I've been dozing/napping for what I consider sleep these days (I'll sleep when I turn 80).
I open a chart and BAM ! There's a price I remembered from days ago.
Then I start thinking, "Do I want to do that ?" I answer myself, "of course you do."
Then I say, " But that was 2 days ago.." and I say, " yea, so ? It was a trade then, did anything change ?"

So I go about my business to determine if the trade is still valid and if nothing has changed,
I'll throw one on and set a stop and let it play out. I'm probably batting .500 on those type of trades.
I probably need to curtail that sort of reactionary punting since I set a rule long ago
that I need to be awake and coherent for atleast 2 hours minimum before I start firing off orders.
I don't follow that rule as closely as I used to when I determined that a stop will do just as much good,
whether I just got up or have been up for two days, the market really really does not care.

I recall, there were some "price skips" around 14977 on Thursday, and there's a midpoint pivot there as well.
Could be that's all the steam asia has until europe gets here.

It's not your imagination. What does this look like ? Or moreover, what does it appear to be ?

P.S. On something this big, it requires a little breathing room.
1.0000 is really just another number, albeit one with much attention paid to it.
