No kidding. I know a trader who trades this way.

In fact Gator and I entered a long few months ago around 1.2900, I chickend out at about 100 pips profit and he (if I correctly recall) about 350/400 pips.

I was waiting for a quick dip upto 1.4500 which never came. Therefore decided to enter a small long before that dip. Will add on a dip at 1.3600.

haha I've been doing 2-3 pip scalps lately. On a bad night I can't even do those....

Scalping is boring. Trade for at least 1,000 pips, it will keep you busy .............. moving your tps and sls 400/500 pips every ten minutes.

Check from Cobra, he once entered a scalp with pre-set sl and tp. The trade ended up directly into the Closed Positions window without making its way through Open Positions. What is the point of trading if you cannot see your profit fluctuating before your eyes?

Making money is boring. Only losing gives you somewhat of a thrill.

Today the fight of yesterday resumes. I wonder how many billions will bulls throw on the market before the give up. OR how many mills have the bears left to fight back the enthusiasm. It looks like there's a red scarf above 5050 and bulls wanna get there at all costs.

You got that right. I have got to where I can only handle about 2 hours a day of it. That usually ends up being around 200 trades a week. An average scalp haul from that number is around 150-200 pips.

Then, I try to play breakouts and news volatility - why I'm up this late, waiting to catch some ZEW. I try to scalp some "scheduled" volatility at least once a day and, depending on what it is, those are bigger scalps, 10-40 pips.

So, yeah, I'm working on a 300 pip per week routine, but the numbers are all around that....

As some of you guys know I have been swapping from MBtrading to Oanda... Still have both just in case...

Anyways, I have to say that Oanda and trading with a trading desk is actually better than ECN, the slippage is less... at least for the last 8 trades I have had....

I am long at 1.49880. SL 1.49583. 1st target 1.50185. Reason. IB at 8.00 H1 candle.

Good matadors aways remove that scarf before bull reaches there, not sure about metatraders though.
