I think if it breaks the 4850 there is a good possiblity this is headed north again, seems to be bouncing right now in a 50 pip or so range, I am waiting for the 4850 break once that is broke I am thinking longs are in play again. And that is where I will look fora long entry, the daily chart still shows a nice uptrend.

Same chart as previous 4h, on the 1h timeframe.

Anybody recognize a pattern forming. Intermediate trend says down, Fundamentals say down, chart pattern says up, add end of week end of month and it could be a real mess.

on the daily you got a hybred retarded hs.. right neckline was started but never finished lower but we could be at top of R shoulder atm.

Not always after a trendline breach PA blows away. Most of the times it turns back for a quick recheck. By the way your USDX chart looks, the quick recheck should be about over. If the PA keeps on going down, the break-out is invalidated. A good trade is long USDX now and set SL slightly lower below the TL.

all depends on how you draw your head and shoulders i guess.....you drew yours diagonally ....you could see it as a horizontally and the bottom being around that 1.4770 region....beauty of tech analysis....can always use it in hindsight perfectly but in real time....quite hard

I think the daily and weekly tend to show an uptrend, but if you look at the weekly, I think we are heading down in the next week or so after such long bull run.

But anything can happen

besides that my commodity shorts are kicking ass atm also.. usdx is also moving up.. the trendline posted earlier is winning atm

We've had break out of 4860 - 4820 range, then pullback - support became resistance - Now it may head south for a bit

Yep, it forms a one to three when the right shoulder is a little higher. I haven't much faith in it, the suggestion I've made since yesterday is don't trade today.

1.4767 is an area I have been waiting for, in order to go Long, according to Price Action as I read it.

Keep an eye on it around there, it could very well retrace!!

This is just my analysis.

if you check the whole tl it did check it once before and yes did turn back in.. but i will give an edge to a 7 month tl over a single daily candle missing by a few pips. but only slightly.. one cancels out the other.
