Ok Tony! if you're right, the pound could be forming a Three Falling Method pattern on daily, I mean, the pound is going to test 2.83 area again, a close above that, next parade is 2.85, as simple as that

Could also be ,possibly 3 line strike tho high risk pattern ,and not great as the three bodies covered by bearish not like 3 soldiers
But weekly has bullish pattern off low

Gbp usd ,wick cover ?,may be not this week ,resistance near,still think range until proven otherwise dispite the majority view..majority normally wrong

With regard to Cable we have conflicting price action which has taken me by surprise ,But we are in range at mo ,which means consolidation .Candles have a very short life in consolidation ...take a look at previous candles off 6700.
but there is a very nice shooting star with so much space at high level which will always be a tuff nut to crack ,tho wick is not really long.
in the bears favor we closed right under long term tl.

Also there is a gap down which I belive to be real on last week candle ,which doent seem right

Some great posts this week ,I haven't commented ,as you know I thought the Eur would break up ,and since it didn't I left well alone
I have had no time to look at anything else other than what was working for me

The pound will struggle with 2,8000 but judging the weekly close as is or better will stay off low which could give monthly doji or even better white hammer

I think we could see some retrace from here, or just wait to see the PA later, pound loves 382 - 500 - 618 [@2.88 your target Tony ], but just be careful to enter @ this levels, if you're in, no problem, I'll be looking for some clues on 4h TF. Btw, the retrace is plausible until 2.80 area, but I'm not pretty sure of this.

i just see $ down, im long gold, lots of daily engulfings/strong piercings on eur, gold, silver, aud, cad, dow, usdlfx, ...

maybe short pound against the euro

Hey Dj ,I'm very pleased to see you here .......agree monthlies are very key for direction and yes I feel its significant that the weekly Doji was taken too
Wick is covered candle has failed ,but can not argue that could be warning

u know i thought about the exact same thing, i think the pin high represents resistance and even thou it taken out...it may still drop..thats my take on it..will be interesting to see how others view it
