closed my kiwi and aud pair.. they were headed below areas i thought made them a good one to hold.. i will pick them up later...so im short term bullish on usd..

i was down around 60 pips on the gbp and was debating closing it. when news hit. im up over 300 now..plus jump in other gbp crosses.. all worked out well..if the aud and kiwi fall. then the eur wont be far behind.. but its friday and it has to happen soon.. if stocks recover before close ill buy aud and kiwi again..

Gator, I think the move is not over yet. Probably they take gbp/usd to below 1.6000 (maybe near to 1.5800). Plus we don't know what brokers are going to do with positions left open over the weekend.

I entered and exited AUD and NZD quickly. Cannot place reasonable stop losses with my lot sizes. I have presently no money in the account thata allows smaller lot sizes.

After such a move, pa normally makes a range above/below the pole.

Will waste the opportunity if hedge one pair against the other if moves continues. Will wait for trend to develop.

I would have been in a very good position if had not closed gbp shorts for a 20 pip profit opened at 1.6660.But I only opened these shorts to get back my money lost on an earlier long and stayed away from the news trading.

on another note. this house of cards is built on sand in a hurricane. uk and u.s. have both used the same model in the recovery. so we will see. if it looks like shit and smells like shit. and someone tells you its pudding. i bet it taste like shit.. imho, but wtf do i know.

Where can I find that chart?

I do yen for longer term and use them as hedge for shorter term trades.
