Priced kissed yesterday top of the wave1 m30 @4944 and lets see if thats the beginning of wave 5, if yes then new high @5075?

I had a little trouble with my trade station so couldn't trade for the last 1hr which was a shame especially on the dax it really moved down. oh well as usual wait for the next setup.

Hammer on 15 M chart. This is a bullish candle. Also it is a harami signal since was engulfed in the previous candle. might move higher.

but on the other side, yesterday high stopped @ 261.8 (5040) ext of the wave 1 on H4 so really confusing but as soon as channel on m5 is breached then should give us a direction to go up/down/sideway

I am not touching anything right now, but yes it looks like it wants to move higher.
Not going into a trade as I am still angry about the fault on the trade station and I prefer to be emotions neutral when trading (eg no joy no anger) will eat something and then look at it fresh.

We get a red unemployment number and everything is set for a large move south. (Futures, oil, all down - but that can change in a couple hours....)

we got a bunch of earnings comming out early this moring also... travelers just came out 1.31 above expected..and raised guidence

yea but if we get a green number then we will go all the way up to a new high...
maybe today is the last day of trading in 1.4xxx area.. ;-)

Man I had forgot how tiddious it is to scalp E/G. Like pulling chicken teeth. Like that $16.50/pip on a standard lot though. Think I'll grab a zzz b4 the news.

a tad according to a latest BoE Trends in Lending Report (Aug) published a few moments ago. The BoE said the flow of lending to businesses improved in Aug but still remained in minus territory, with the major UK banks reporting a rise in spreads and fees on new lending. The report (released alongside disappointing ONS retail sales figs though) showed levelling in mortgage approvals with new applications at 56k. Gross mortgage lending...
The bottom line - they are striking the ball back into usd's court?
