So what's the conclusion? Should we forget about 1.5000 and give europe a break?

im not convinced bulls are dead yet. not enough party hats yet. but i aint trading either way..ill wait fo 4983 and test a small short..

There is also the possibility of a failed US Treasury auction. Whatcha think that would do?

I'm on record that I see a short term retracement. Cable is a better short though. I'm waiting for confirmation as I type.

Tough to say without bigger volume, frankie and parie, followed by londie and NY will help to settle down this doubt.

I'm still a bull at the moment, but won't trade until London open, i need more "structure" from the market.

Not trading, but think there is a lot of indecision, therefore sideways for now.

Following is scenario, if 1.5000 proves to be the top. I am just amazed how channel lines fit on this weekly chart.

possibility... but they are not having problems selling thus far. last i heard, was more demand from outside u.s. sources. usdx is still higher then it was at 14k dow.. can market go up as eu goes down? maybe... can market go up with 80 plus oil maybe if dow was 14k.. can oil go to 80/85 with dow down at 4.3k and eu 1.25 just 10 months before? then eu to 1.6? then 2.0..if you take out oil im on the 1.6 and further train. but not with oil in the mix.. with stimules gone in 2010.5. stay tunned on this same bat channel at this same bat time.

I just read a lot during these low liquidity sessions. Opted to share this one.

I've learned not to worry with this fundies stuff, while we all like to find an explanation for what's happening in the markets, we just need to feel the pulse of the market and follow it.

Sometimes we find ourselves in discussions about fundamentals that we can't control or even understand sometimes, while it's a good exercise and a mean to exchange point of views, in the end, when trading, all that is just bullocks, we need to focus on what the charts tell us and nothing else, pretty simple.

The simplest things are sometimes the most difficult to understand, because our inquisitive minds are always looking for the hidden "clue" or "secret". After all, it couldn't be "that simple"!

True, very true.

Like E=mc2 said If facts don't fit into a theory, change the facts. The followers change fundamentals twice a week.

All I can say is that so far Twee has done a great job, giving the size of this forum.

The question itself should be resolved in another place, imho.
