Hello,
Well its interesting how the euro has been breaking new grounds.I personally am happy with my results so far in this bullish round of action.

I made a call in this forum a few months ago when the trend was fully determined; its key resistance area's and ultimately the end was also determined.And said this trend would find resistance at the 1.4330 area which happened, then 1.4430 and came to pass, and finally 1.4830 which is now history.

Right now i believe the trend is in its final phase or leg and would find its final resistance around 1.5473.At that point i would go back to the sidelines and wait for my board of director's to tell me what next to do.Until then i wish everyone good luck with his/her trading.

everything is possible in forex ( according to gbp move). but i think euro is done for this week..

square had been short twice today now I am waiting for a significant brk on the upside need todays high broken with strong pa for this otherwise my day was great.

It's been the forecast in bloomberg. In longer term i believe it will go up beyond 1.6. The retracement below 1.41/42 is possible as this is the base for euro bulls to open the way for 1.6 again. But going short right now is definitely bad strategy unless you're PA trader and exit daily. Wait until 1.52/53 then go short.

I think you are correct, the EURUSD might test its all time highs. However if you look at the chart I have attached, there are two things I would like to point out to you. First of all, round big numbers, seem to be an area of support/resistance such as 1.25, 1.5 and 1.6. Thus 1.5 might be an area of strong resistance. Furthermore if you look back at the last five years, the EURUSD had at most three consecutive positive months, if October is positive, then it would be the first time in five years, of four consecutive positive months. These two facts let me conclude that there is downside potential, and 1.5 might be a spot of interest to start a short positive.
