i got 9002 for aussie but so far its a fake break... trendline is lying.. its just consolidation untill that low is taken out..with some steam..

Additional pressure on the dollar as central banks are shunning the dollar in favor of the euro and the yen as a store of reserves. Foreign currency holdings increased $413 billion last quarter to $7.3 trillion and the nations that report foreign currency holdings put 63% into euro and yen. This shows that global central banks are becoming more serious about diversifying foreign reserve currency holdings. The dollar now is 62.8% of central bank holdings that report – the lowest on record.

No I have no indicator. It is just a significant benchmark level for this commodity.

yes its it below 8993 now..... but and the eu is on a little support around 4690.. id say yes it has broken it now..but its not strong yet. we got some funny stuff going on now. eux has strong spike as i write this at the same time usx is also showing strength... it did this friday also. it means both usd and euro is flexing over all other majors..excluding each other..

I am following this thread for a quite long time and I am trying to learn from all of you.

I am considering entering Long @ 1.4675 or @ 1.4725
SL 1.4645

I have 2 support lines and fib 50% that give confidence of these positions

I would appreciate comments on this

Had been down with the flue since last week Wednesday and thought better not trade when sick.

My bias for today is short EUR and GBP.
My broker send this over today....

Anyway my bias has nothing to do with my broker.

Hi all, I am glad to find this thread.

Jasper, I concur with you, EUR is long sentiment, but at this level the risk of taking a long position is greater, so I will wait for a further correction to around 1.4650 even 1.4600, these are my 50% and 61.8% fibo retracement levels.
I may not take the position yet, but will see the PA before committing long trade.
