Morning all. what a change by overnight bear turned into bull to watch it where tending to go double top 1.4846 or new top 1.4832. anything can be possible now. Afterall an area of cogestion & 4wave can be of any complexities. What are others views? Again heavy news are just knocking at the doors .

There are option barriers on the Eur/Usd on the 1.48 level and strong option barriers on the USD/JPY guarding the 88 level so we are pretty close to some strong resistance. For a dollar long trade, maybe the JPY trade would be better to get into than the euro but in either case it should be with reduced lot exposure.

Deutsche Bank AG cut its forecast for dollar-euro exchange rates as the U.S. Federal Reserve is expected to keep rates lower than other nations. The dollar will trade at 1.40 dollars per euro by the end of next year, after weakening to 1.55 dollars per euro in the first quarter, according to the world's biggest currency trader. Its previous forecast for yearend 2010 was 1.15 dollars per euro.

Hope it happen .I am actually holding all shorts & believe all long-shorts will be positive with random spikes up & down within ranges 1.48-1.45 specially even 1.4932-1.4300 & hence bigger sl beyound these extreme levels.

1.4750 now support after strong bounce this hour.
Perhaps a test of high at 1.4830 coming, of which a break would consider adding to longs for test of 1.50.

Of note: Smaller pairs such as AUD and NZD broke into new highs against USD in their trading sessions today.

EDIT: That would be 12 month+ highs.
