this still looks bearish to me, soon enough there should be a gapfill. I doubt this is going anywhere near 1.48 for now. and of course i may be wrong. but i kept my short open from friday, yes it s a mistake, but we ll see how this goes

Lisbon Treaty took another step to being ratified . ( passed in case my spelling is wrong)
We will see 1.50 sooner than you think ..

Sorry girl, 'm too tired to move it, just finished doing the weekend's dishes . On a serious note, I think we are in an uptrend BUT we WILL break 1.44 THIS WEEK (where I'll close my shorts, inshaAllah) & that should be the right point to go long for something like 1.5, simple isn't it???

me too. why don't you guys post in that forum. not everyone trades the e/u. Currently long the eur/jpy at 130.40 its moving nicely.

Yeah Thank you Patience. Marital life is good thank you. I got married two weeks ago for those that don't know.

That wasn't a call about the opening was just a statement cause I saw people fantasizing about it. Check Oanda before opening. Usually their rate is the one that will be at the opening (they open trade some hours before everybody else and if there's not a sudden correction on the quotes before opening that's gonna be the open price).

Next week end I'm gonna be a godfather and next I'm gonna concentrate more and work on my strategy. Always nice to see you people here though.

My view is that we have three main fundamental news that can affect E/U:

#1) Ireland votes yes on Lisbon treaty thus giving more power to Bruxelles and especially a new function in EU : President of European Union thus building the path to a stronger Union.

#2) US unemployment that hasn't hit the psych level f 10%

#3) First EU voices going against US$ devaluation.

There is a Gap still to be filled on EU on my charts back to 4571; however,CHF filled there gap...

Gator you thinking if it doesn't break the 4580 then we are looking LONG and the GAP will be filled later.....

Heres a daily on the Euro I just made. As you can see from the chart we, are still in an uptrend of mentionable strength. I think that these levels I have indicated here as 1.4448 and 1.43 will be good spots for longer term long entries. I believe these levels will be very significant to the big money.....
