EU: Still has not set up for SonicR, but attached is how I am seeing it currently. If entry is made, my thinking is a near term Tp at S1. These traders may take it down, but the Frankfurt Open and London Open traders may want a higher entry too, if this is to drop well. So, after a near term Tp, maybe PA will be pumped again before another drop. A near term Tp, if positioned correctly, could enable small profit on a short trade, then watch PA rise, and re-enter higher for another run down. How this may actually go, is anybody's guess.

PA now at Ep..... If entry is made this early in asian session, remember that FO and LO may want to bring it back up for themselves to short at higher prices. That is why Tp1 maybe should not be far from Ep....and reasess as PA progresses.

Remember this is the week before non farm payroll so most of the pairs might be ranging so be very careful how you trade this week.

Hi TAH,

Great example of "planning your trade and trading your plan." Price action clearly showed hours upon hours ahead of time the pricer level below which you would want to be short, your stop loss level, and your take profit levels.

Your series of EU charts leading up to that trade is a great share!

This week started with a retrace after a major fall on previous one.

4H TH shows that price retraced to 23 fib lvl which coincides with monthly S2 lvl. I have an inside bar on my broker there forming on there as well (marked with rectangle).

I'm expecting pound to drop more as it has to complete that big H&S model we discussed previous week.

If you look at the 15M TF we see a bounce of the SHI channel and a nice H-L-LH forming.

With all that said this could be a potential set-up for short. Lets see what market will do.

As usual, I'm waiting for your comments on this, guys.

EU: I set a near term Tp1 believing it quite possible PA, if it went down, might also be then pumped back up. This is all in the belief PA is scheduled for a major move down (dollar strength against euro) in the future. So, the big guns are not letting it drop without numerous large pullbacks upwards.....giving them opportunity after opportunity to sell, and sell short, all the while providing support for the price which keeps it from dropping too far, too fast.

Now that PA is back to the 89 ema, this may be time to be on the watch for yet another short trade setup.....

EU M15: PA has been retreating on the previous move down, almost 100% retrace, which it could become since we have yet to come the FO, LO and USO. If PA continues up a bit more, then it is possible if it starts a run down, we will not have a SonicR setup.....PA may not break down thru Dragon, retrace to-into, or thru it, and then come back down on the start of the run down. And the last close below the Dragon is quite a ways below current PA! In this case, if later the PA looks to be starting down and drops thru the Dragon, if there is confidence in the short trade, an "early" entry may be better than waiting for the PA to drop 50-100 pips to SonicR entry area.
Edit: Add second chart....nice pin bar at top of PA.

The question of Ep has been resolved. PA dropped below Dragon to area of 89 ema and now is on a "pump to dump" ride north. Question is how high and will the US open traders join in on the pump, or will it be high enough by then for them to just get on the train to "downtown." This could be a long trade setup nearing Ep as I write, but I see the longer term trend as down.

Edit: Add second chart (H1) to show down trend. Notice after PA highs, PA oscillated down thru 89 ema, then made multiple upward hits on 89 ema. And notice that on each of these subsequent upward thrusts to the 89 ema, how the Dragon is farther and farther below the 89 ema. So, not only is everything cycling/moving downwards, but the upward PA thrusts are becoming more and more contrary to even the shorter Dragon 34 ema than the 89 ema! Are the Big Guns getting more and more desperate for upward thrusts to unload their longs and take on shorts....to the point of making them more and more out of sync with everything else?!! PUMP N' DUMP! ...... LAUNCH & LIQUIDATE! .....BARF! (Bump n' Run, F___kers!) Ops, pardon the language....but do you know that BARF is well known on Wall Street.....they call it BAR because it refers to themselves, and they don't want to be know for what they are. Hey, even as I write this, they are ramming it northwards!

Yep, they move PA just to make money.....nothing to do with what the currencies are worth!
