went short following the 15m shooting star. Cable did not close above that 445 line all day. Fake out long this morning!

by my watch cable retraced 50% of the fall from 11 September. Looking at the daily candle it looks like a beauty to head back down tomorrow if it closes like this

Does anyone else notice that that yesterday's candle closed as a long wicked shooting star, would this be a time to short down to the 1.6150 area.

well it certainly seems as if the reversal north from the H&S neckline has stalled out here at 50%. There was a strong $ rally 30m after the FOMC statement. I would expect this fall to continue throughout the week now -- weekly candle went up to touch the 10sma I doubt it'll go higher. Great thing about this method though is that one can keep an open mind as price action at support/resistance levels tells all

Hmm,Just had a second gap on 5m chart,price will have to climb back to 6414 now to close the first one from last night,which is roughly the weeks opening price.

Seems the leaders have all scattered.

The only thing gathering these days have
been MMA's. Anyone catch this quick move?

I did by keeping my eye on the higher time frames. Take a look at your daily chart if you haven't already.

Oh yes. I was waiting for the drop, but didn't expect it to be so quick! I had 2 positions opened around the daily pivot (see red arrows).

The first was a direct entry after the pin bar closed below daily and weekly pivots at 16368, and the second was at the double top after price failed to close above daily pivot at 16375. Taken most off the table now for 152 full pips, with 10% left on for the longer term.

I think this must be my best trade yet. Thanks to EO, infinity , Ken and all for generously sharing their experience.
