A small bull failure followed by another try to see if can go at or above 1.4763 or fail again at the root to go further down for support.

I missed the Frankie setup but I caught the LO fade almost at the top - .4767 - with a 3-pack and one got cashed for 25 pips. I'm tempted to lock in 15 pips and let the other 2 run into New York with a 100 pip tp. What do you think?

Fontu agrees that uptrend move is very much intact but substantial level retracement is needed for this to occur.Long time frame guys should just be bold.

Nah, I don't think shorts have much room to drop into New York. I bet the early NY session news (employment, housing) will be green & we'll have a green day in the DJIA and probably sideways to upward in the E/U.

This pair is going nowhere until they figure out how to balance everything.And by that I mean the Euro must weaken without affecting the stock markets etc.I expect alot of sideways movement for a while.When Dollar gains value Wall Street takes the hit-- vise versa.Watched the whole Geithner thing on bloomberg today.
Thar blows me Geppy!

No doubt the pair will drop.The ? is when? ALL is see is uptrend from the 5 minute to the hourly.SO short term shorts are out of the question for me

Perhaps a triple top first? We crossed 1.48+ but it was slam dunked back.

These are my numbers for the week or what's left of it. I just got back today from a holiday.

Resistance: 1.4898, 1.4848, 1.4827, 1.4808, 1.4767, 1.4748, 1.4727
Support: 1.4688, 1.4650, 1.4611, 1.4527, 1.4506

Yes big retracements already due but before finishing wave 5 , the last leg up , a little retracement should happen 1.4463 will not do any harm to the trend up . I am expecting arround this level . But in anyway & hurriedly the wave 5 ( to me next bull over 360 pips from now ,to 1.5120 apprx. ) be completed next wave down may go beyond 1.33,never think it will happen so soon. price will move arround at this upper level for many months .
building shorts for scalping also now for 1.4740 or below before another bull try.

Thats why I'm not trading E/U .I don't have the patience to stare at the screen all night for a total move of 58 pips.I'd rather sleep .Look at the GBP/JPY (moved 243 total pips down so far ) and I got about 90% of that ,and I think theres more to come .Thats where I'm playing ball.I'll get back to the molasses mover(EU) when its ready.

I am not that sure it will reach 1.48 before US will open but never know!
