I been staring at those 2 spikes on a weekly chart for so long I went cross-eyed. The big difference though, that september spike last year was a retracement in a huge down trend. The slow steady ratchet upward of this trend is a different beast altogether.

1000 banks are in trouble. if 1000 banks go down then it will bring down 1000 more and so on. the standing ones will lose equity in their REO value, also and their loans value will reduce. also their f d insurance will be sky high to pay for the others standing. so they will have to raise more money to be able to loan money legaly with proper ratio. butterfly effect/snowball. now if you recall in 89/92 last time we had more banks go under. banks were smaller then, maybe a single branch. what they are not telling you is now is, a small bank now may have a dozen branches. one bank gone down today will have a multiple effect. so we may need another fed bailout. credit will tighten along with housing.. so lets party like its 1929... add in ect. Atlast,

Thanks so much for posting your chart!

One thing I notice is on your darker pitchfork going up is that price is setting on the 4780 ish median line.....but price has actually tested the 4766 line twice now.....so does that validate a move to the 4720 LTL on the other fork?

It hasn't crossed below the upsloping ML yet. When it does and closes below, a trade to the other side is warranted.

Thanks, I see what you mean as your median line is close to that support level. When you look for a cross over the median line, which TF do you use to enter and which to exit?
