Patience is a virtue....the retracement on the rally is likely to be massive. EURUSD is so topheavy right now it is just a waiting game - but, I'm not saying that this isn't going to head further North prior to beginning the retracement. Playing both sides accumulating shorts and taking longs....

Diversification Again The Theme in EUR (link in heading)

Traders report very strong interest overnight from Asian regional central banks to buy dollars against their local currencies (to maintain export competitiveness) and diversify a percentage of the proceeds into EUR to less dollar reserve exposure. This helped set the stage for the latest leg higher in EUR/USD.

Traders note an option expiry at 1.4825 this morning, so we may see some magnetic attraction toward that level as the clock strikes 10 am in New York.

S&P chart.....

We have a old gap from 09-25-2008. This gap has to be closed, thats for the bulls....


For the bears we have a more recent gap 07-15-2009, which one will be closed first does not matter but that bouth MUST be closed is a fact. So trade accordly.

So us care about downj and exports and not care abut us index "$ value"!!!

It could go higher to 4825 - 4830 before going down to some 46xx.

I don't know Egkid, but the ECB don't appear to be screaming yet so why should the US care?

I am quite sure that now it does not go up to 1.4860 I can see that is slightly uptrend but it should it should been there long time ago now i guess is all the way down ..... i might be wrong but i am short anyways
