Well its dangerous to go long even if it does break in my opinion, you may be the sucker that bought at the top out bidding the other sucker that held that position for a while wondering if there are any other suckers left to buy his ticket......this isn't your normal high.......up here, the air gets thin and there aren't many footprints around...

Think about it, there's no more news left...its all exhausted....someone's holding a high position.....

Don't matter to me. If that line breaks it will go that way soon enough.And not only do I see that line break but so does the rest of the world

Well, the ones with deep pockets and small position sizes are probably still hanging on, adding tiny bits to that last dip, the rest of them are waiting for the break so they can have bragging rights....

I just wanna make a buck so I can buy my happy meal to trade another day tommorrow....

I still have a few positions I bought at 1.4210...been closing bits and pieces of it each time the market rallies....

I'm also long the USDCHF so, either way I make my stake...but just be careful at these high altitudes...the USD will rally across the board soon....it WILL happen.

depends how you look at that.If they are bear and close early then they must basically buy to cancel out order.If they were bull then opposite.

I think the sp 500 has to reach 1075 first (where was the top yesterday and where the futures where stopped before the NY open, yesterday morning european time).
My scenario for today is that we start with stocks in positive territory. Then sp 500 will be stopped around 1075. Meanwhile the euro will make new highs killing the shorts and making some people go long and then retrace from 1,477-1,481 area.
The bulls won't give up easily, the sp 500 fell only slightly yesterday and need to retest 1075 and...
I agree on this...it will go higher before going down..

I went long (see last post) at 1.4670, with 3 lots. Took 1st lot off at 1.4676, 2nd off at 1.4700, and closed out at 1.4714, for a good profit.

I am now expecting a retrace to at least 1.4687, and then I would consider re-entering long above there. If price trades below 1.4687, I would have to re-assess.

Bearing in mind it is Friday.
