My forecast for the US equity market is based on a compilation of many factors. One day when I have the time I'll try to lay it all out for whoever is willing to listen.

Very quickly, it's based on historical gold/equity cycles, the "Q ratio", inflation forecasts, central bank policies and some charting on the S&P.

For now, sell the USD on pops. BTW, the USD is due for a pop soon.

Oh yeah, the correlation between strong equities and a weak dollar will break pretty soon.

Oil is the most important commodity. Til now, a supposed rebound has been the reason oil has been moving higher (increased consumption, etc...) Once oil continues going much higher it will be negative for the economy. The tail will start to wag the dog.

I think this hits 1.4750. I am going long with that TP. If it gets below 1.4695 then it will be headed towards 1.4655. But i still think it will go higher at least to this higher number.

yep, it make 100pip every day this week, but when look usd index i don't see down move
