i trade NQ primarily, and while I've only recently added eur to the mix, I am stunned at 1.42 to 1.46 in, what, 7 or 8 trading days?! crazy September so far

Looking like a little retrace now. Possibly to 4660 or 4652. Then back up to 4687, again a small retrace then back up. Just my opinion.

Atlast,

I shorted this at 4675. I am wondering if you are saying there was a false Breakout to the downside or upside....

It appears the 4700 level may hold but if Price breaks thru it could go to 4800 or higher.....

How are you playing this PA?

I'm not Atlast.....he's much better than myself. But here's my opinion....if you can BreakEven...breakeven. We're in an upward trend. We'll get some retracing where you may pick up 5 or even 10 pips, but why gamble it. Breakeven.....when you can...you'll get at least one chance.

The market can be irrational at times. You know what they say about extremes. I can only imagine it wants to get there as quick as it can so it can get down even quicker.

Agree with you on the breakeven.
I took a loss, but still up so far.
I see 1.4700 as good stop to scalp short. The breakout, big range occured on increased volume. That could mean a top is due soon. I wouldn't add to positions , rather there is a very good chance the market will retrace back to 1.4642, at least.

you are right,we are in uptrend,maybe agressive for short,but every trend has retracements,i am not pretty skilled,i only say my opinion

An educated opinion is all any of us have. Some of us are dead on right, some are close, and others are way out in left field. That's what makes FF great, we have a place to share our opinions on the market.

That being said...nobody should take anyones opinion as advice. If you lose money without doing your own due diligence it's your own fault.

Go ahead and breakeven or take the couple of positive pips. Get back in at a better time. Good luck.

I'm flat and out...for those still in....perhaps a few more pips down, then look north. I'll be back in a few hours. Gotta run.....have a few errands to run. Be back in approximate 2 or 3 hours.

The safest trade is....north.

Hi I am new to Forex intial 1 month made lot of money and then on lost almost all equity in this euro run...kept adding shorts on all highs met a lot of margin calls on the way....Now need some guidance...Is it good long enrty level now....Any correction expected....can we see 1.4150 taTS WER I STARTED SHORTS.....
