How stupid did I feel clicking the wrong button? Money comes and goes. Nothing you can't get back. Take a break, learn some more and write this off as a tough lesson that some people learn by reading about other people's mistakes while other by making the mistake themselves.

Stop! You are thinking with emotions. Life is a series of progression and regressions. There are ripple effects for each action you make. What you do affects others as well.

I lost alot too 2 years ago. I had a family that made fun of me and still to date blames me for investing in Forex. It was ok when I made $7K but when I lost double that, I was an idiot. My kids heard how I lost their college money to gambling. This was not true as there money unfortunately was placed in the stock market in mutual funds that are doing poorly.

Nevertheless, I am looked on as a failure in this venue. I could tell you about so many forex trading systems as i have a lot of knowledge in this arena but I still fail even today to find one that really works FOR ME!!!

I lost my whole account and it was money I did not have to lose. I made some easy money and then had a few bad trades that destroyed my account. I am still recovering. This is not an easy area to make money if you are not wise in your decisions or money management. I still make poor ones!

You have a life. Some are never fortunate enough to know what that means! Be a testimony of what you did with nothing. Read my saying!!!! Good Judgement comes from expereince and experience comes from BAD judgement!
